What's SPRITS' Shipping Policy?
Orders will take 1-2 business days to process – excluding weekends & holidays. All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via ground shipping – unless other options are available at checkout.
What's the Status of My Order?
Once orders have processed per the above timeline, we’ll be sure to email you a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your order. If you experience shipping delays, please first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. If that does not resolve your issue, please email us at info@getsprits.com with your order number and we will be happy to look into your order.
What's SPRITS' Return Policy?
In the case you're unsatisfied with SPRITS for any reason, we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees) as long as you pass along your bottle to a family member, friend, or rad stranger who you think would be interested in the product. We'd love to get our product in the hands of potential customers, so we appreciate you 'paying it forward' to like-minded people like yourself!
Please email us at info@getsprits.com with your Order #, email used to purchase, and any insight on your reasoning/dissatisfaction with the product & we will begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund process to begin, and a credit will then be made towards the original form of purchase within 7-10 business days, per your bank's timeline. Please advise that we cannot refund any original shipping charges.

SPRITS is made in the USA in sunny San Diego, California! We source our eco-friendly and natural ingredients from United States-based companies and hand-pour from our headquarters in San Diego.
